The product

Most of the platform’s behaviour is configured, not coded. Admins connect nodes that react to record events, fetch related data, update records and send emails or SMS. New objects, fields, templates and workflows are set up in the interface, so the platform grows with the business without changes to its core code.

    Flows triggered by record events that fetch related data, update records and send emails or SMS, assembled by admins without code.

    A full complaint escalation chain built as a flow, with live SLA countdowns on every case.

    Configurable data model

    New objects, fields, templates and workflows created in the interface, without changes to core code.

    Sales and service in one place

    Contacts, leads, accounts, opportunities, a sales pipeline, tasks and activities, reports and analytics.

    Each organisation signs in with its own organisation code to its own workspace.
