Workflow canvas with a record-triggered flow branching into escalation levels, each with category, department and stage updates and an escalation email, and the Update Records panel open.
A record-triggered flow with three escalation levels.

The product

Workflows are built on a canvas: a record event starts the flow, conditions choose the path, and each step updates records, recalculates deadlines, escalates or sends a message. Every run is recorded and every version kept, so processes are standardised and every change can be traced.

What we built

What it does.

Our role: Full-stack engineering and workflow automation, from the builder to the engine that runs it.

  1. 01

    Visual workflow builder

Triggers, conditions and actions on a canvas, each step configured in a side panel.

  2. 02

    Record-triggered flows

Flows that start when a record is created or updated.

  3. 03

    Conditional logic

Branches that send each record down the right path, for example by escalation level.

  4. 04

    Record updates & deadlines

Steps that update records and recalculate due dates as a case moves on.

  5. 05

    Multi-level escalations

Escalation level by level, each with its own email or SMS.

  6. 06

    History, versions & delivery tracking

Execution history, version control, and delivery tracking for every message sent.
